Delivery Policy

At PadelA2Z, we are committed to getting your padel equipment to you as quickly and securely as possible. We aim to deliver all standard orders within 1-3 working days. The minimum order value for free standard delivery is £30.

Our Delivery Options are as below:

Standard Delivery (1-3 Working Days):

  • Receive your order within 1-3 working days.
  • Delivery is FREE on all orders over £30.

Next Day Delivery (Next Working Day):

  • Place your order before 3 PM (Monday-Friday) to receive it on the next working day.
  • Orders are sent using a 24-hour tracked service with Royal Mail or other major couriers.

A “working day” is Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Transparent Shipping Rates
For a precise and transparent shipping quote, simply add your items to your basket and begin the checkout process.

Because delivery fees are tailored to your specific order—based on its dimensions, weight, and your delivery address—costs are calculated dynamically in real-time. We guarantee that you will see the final, all-inclusive shipping cost before you are asked to enter any payment details. There are no hidden fees, ensuring a smooth and predictable checkout experience.

  • Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3PM GMT on the same working day.
  • Delivery: All orders dispatched will require a signature on delivery. We will never leave items unless they have been signed for.
  • Lost or Damaged Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it in return for a photo of the damage. If you have not received your order, please contact us within 5 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email so we can investigate.
  • Delivery Locations: Please note, we currently only ship within the United Kingdom. Please note, that while we deliver to all areas of the UK, some remote locations may be subject to a delivery surcharge imposed by our couriers. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Return Policy

We are dedicated to offering the highest quality products and customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Cooling Off Period

We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you receive your order. During this time, you may return products for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unused and in their original, unopened condition.

Conditions for Returns

  • Unused and Unopened Items: All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. This includes padel rackets, balls, and accessories that are in new, resalable condition.
  • Used Items: We are unable to accept returns for any used items. This includes products that have been opened, tested, or used in any way. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used grip tape or used balls.

How to Return Items

  • Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return to [email protected]
  • Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the items. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Packaging: Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during the return shipping process.
  • Postage: You are responsible for return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return policy, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs and payment surcharges (e.g., PayPal and Amex) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us to discuss availability and options. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must follow the same guidelines as returns.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no extra cost to you. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue when contacting customer service.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used padel balls
  • Custom-made or personalized items

Statutory Rights

This PriceLess promise operates in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
